Responsibilities
* Develop accurate budgets and cost plans.
* Monitor spending, manage variances, and identify savings.
* Prepare, negotiate, and manage contracts, ensuring compliance and resolving disputes.
* Lead tender processes and supplier selection.
* Negotiate favourable terms and build strong stakeholder relationships.
* Enforce cost control measures and produce regular reports.
* Analyse performance and recommend improvements.
* Identify and mitigate project risks.
* Guide teams in proactive risk management.
* Mentor junior staff and promote collaboration.
* Lead with professionalism and integrity.
