What the job involves In this role, you will provide a comprehensive occupational therapy service, including the assessment and recommendation of rehabilitative solutions to enhance patient independence and life quality. You will manage a diverse caseload, contribute to team assessments and treatments, and supervise junior staff. You will also be responsible for screening and triaging referrals, conducting functional assessments, and providing minor aids or adaptations. You will work collaboratively with various healthcare professionals within primary and secondary care, and actively participate in family and multidisciplinary team meetings.
