We have an exciting roadmap ahead for new products, services, production capacity and business expansion. As a result of this continued success, we are expanding our teams in Omagh. We currently have an opportunity for a Sales Order Processing & Logistics Co-ordinator.

About The Role

Job Purpose: To raise sales orders on Terex Management System (TMS – Oracle) and follow order through sales process to shipping and invoicing stage.

Main Duties & Responsibilities

* To negotiate, obtain and arrange the most cost effective transport options for specialised equipment.
* Complete Export Documentation and Monitor compliance with customs and export procedures.
* To load sales orders and stock units accurately onto Terex Management System (TMS - Oracle) ensuring specification is to dealers or Manager’s request.
* To liaise with other departments/ production sites (finance, engineering, purchasing, production) in ensuring order is loaded and transacted correctly through to invoicing stage.
* To ensure dealers and dealer managers are kept consistently updated with the progress of each order.
* To provide lead times as requested on a timely basis to assist dealers and dealer managers in sales
* To order receipt all orders to dealers once they are finance approved and have passed the clear to build process.
* To deal with all spec changes in a timely and efficient manner and communication of the same.
* Ensuring all internal spreadsheets are maintained accurately.
* To act as TMS specialist within the team. To maintain and update order forms on TMS including annual prices changes. To support the team with any TMS problems they encounter and to solve these problems.
* Any other duty deemed necessary by Manager.

About You

Experience & Qualifications

* Qualified to a minimum of GCSE level or equivalent, including English and Maths.
* Experience in a busy office environment & proven track record of same.
* Experience using Terex Management System (TMS - Oracle) may be advantageous though not essential as training will be provided.
* Good negotiating skills to secure the most cost effective transport options.
* Working knowledge & experience of export documentation.
* Be able to demonstrate the ability to work towards and achieve strict deadlines.
* PC literate and Competent with Microsoft Office tools.

* Customer focused (both internal & external) and driven to ensure on time delivery of machines to customers.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent planning and organisational skills.
* A good understanding of the various manufacturing and operational processes and systems within the factory.
* Capable of working on own initiative and/or as part of a team, as and when required.
* Ability to manage multiple tasks at one time.
* Able to assess workload and commit to realistic timelines with given resources.
* Excellent attention to detail.
* Honest and reliable.
* Some flexibility in terms of hours worked, as and when required
