ARC Inspirations is a successful bar group operating across the North and Midlands, with three exciting brands – BOX, Manahatta, and Banyan – across 19 venues. Our goal is to create fantastic experiences through great food, drinks, and vibrant atmospheres. Each brand has its own unique style, attracting a wide range of customers, from brunch lovers to cocktail enthusiasts.
Role Overview
We’re looking for a Junior Graphic Designer to join our team. Working within the Marketing Team and reporting into our Graphic Design Manager, you will be responsible for designing engaging solutions and creative content for our bar and restaurant brands. This will consist of point-of-sale design, both printed and digital (video animation), menu design, social media, email content and more.
Designing for our 3 bar brands, you should feel comfortable being able to adapt your design style to fit each of our brand’s guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
* Producing a range of print related materials such as posters and flyers.
* Developing and updating menu designs across all 3 brands.
* Assisting the team to create social media content and assets.
* Maintaining brand consistency across all creative solutions
* Keeping up to date with the latest trends and creating new design ideas and solutions to ensure our messaging remains current and ahead of competition.
Skills & Experience Required
* Degree level qualification in graphic design or related subject
* Proficiency in Adobe CC, specifically InDesign and Photoshop (knowledge of After Effects)
* Demonstratable skills with a strong portfolio
* Keen eye for detail, particularly with typography and layout
* Strong visual communication skills, with the ability to follow brand guidelines
* Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines

Location
This role is based at our head office in Headingley, Leeds. With the option to work from home two days per week.
