Key Responsibilities
This vacancy is targeted at qualified Waitrose Specialists internally or external candidates with a Wine & Spirit Education Trust Level 2 Award, as applications from other candidates will not be accepted.
Duties & Responsibilities:
* Advising and serving customers
* Moving and replenishing stock
* Carrying out housekeeping activities
* Handling cash and card transactions according to set procedures
* Supporting the wider team by working in any area of the branch as needed
* Maintaining business dress and hygiene standards
We seek someone who stays updated on food and drink trends, knows our products, takes pride in their work, ensures the shop floor is presentable, and provides a confident shopping experience for customers.
Desired Experience, Skills & Qualifications
Experience in a customer-facing selling or service environment.
