Responsibilities of Drama Teacher: Plan and deliver engaging Drama lessons across Key Stages. Encourage students to develop confidence, creativity, and collaboration skills. Direct performances, workshops, and extracurricular activities to showcase student talent. Monitor progress, provide constructive feedback, and support personal and academic development. Create an inclusive and energetic classroom environment where all learners feel valued. What You’ll Bring as a Drama Teacher: UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or relevant teaching qualification. Experience teaching Drama within a school setting. Creativity, enthusiasm, and excellent classroom engagement skills. Strong organisational and interpersonal abilities. Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply).
