Hourly Rate: £12.66 per hour

About the Role:
As an Onsite Delivery Consultant, you will play a key role in supporting the recruitment process by completing a range of tasks. The onsite office operates between 5:30am and 11:00pm, so flexibility with working hours is essential. Your responsibilities will include:
Onboarding & Compliance: Ensure all pre-employment checks and onboarding steps are completed to a compliant and professional standard before candidates start work.
Workforce Coordination: Monitor attendance, track absences, and arrange backfills or shift cover as required. Maintain accurate staff and holiday trackers.
Systems Use & Data Management: Learn and use internal systems for tracking candidate records, timesheets, holiday bookings, and clock-in/clock-out data. Ensure all information is recorded and maintained accurately.
Payroll Support & Reporting: Provide accurate data for payroll processing and assist with producing headcount and operational reports as required.
Issue Handling: Deal with day-to-day issues raised by temporary workers or site managers, including pay queries, absence management, and general support..

Proficiency with Microsoft Office and email communication.
