About the role The role will directly support the regional FP&A teams, with forecasting, budgeting and the analysis of International’s financial and business performance; as well as regional finance support. The Sr Financial Analyst possesses a solid understanding of the business direction and needs of the practice and offers solutions based on industry and geographical trends. The Sr Financial Analyst should demonstrate excellent customer service, technical ability and execution of end-to-end projects while developing own leadership style, decision-making and process improvement skills. What your days will look like: Forecasting responsibilities : Prepares the consolidation of regional budgets and forecasts and ensuring accuracy, consistency and alignment with regional requirements. Assist in preparation of the quarterly forecast commentary, analys i s and presentations. Assist with quarterly forecast and annual budgeting process es, including updating and amending the country templates Month end responsibilities: Analyse monthly financial performance against key business metrics and document financial highlights against strategic/business plans and budgets Monitoring and chasing AR and following up on queries with relevant country Assist with monthly regional reporting Perform reasonableness checks on the accuracy of the sales database and challenge and follow up with relevant countries on the accuracy of their sales entries Region al finance initiatives : Support regional finance initiatives, including process standardisation and system enhancements. Drive adoption on FP&A best practices across markets, ensuring consistency in methodology and reporting. Collaborate with cross functional teams on regional transformation. A ssist with ad-hoc f inance deliverables, including analysis, summaries, data reconciliation and reporting Communication requirements: Establish and maintain relationships with other Finance team members across Protiviti to ensure best practices and consistency Communicate with various levels of practice personnel and respond to practice personnel questions/issues as they arise Act as a liaison between Protiviti Finance, Country Market Leaders, and International Accounting teams Participate in regional task forces as necessary Attend office meetings and trainings as Act as a role model and mentor for others and help create a positive work environment that fosters open communication among all team members Participate in civic and other activities outside of work to enhance self-development and contribute to the community Preferred Qualifications ACCA/ACA/CIMA accountant part- qualified or a finalist Do your talents include the following? Similar experience in a related field, preferably in professional services FP&A experience ideally within a multinational organisation Advanced skills in Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Excellent oral and written communication skills. Remuneration and Benefits Starting salaries are competitive and are based on a full-time equivalent schedule. Placement in the salary range is dependent upon experience, skills and geographic work location.
