Overview
UP Prestige Ltd is seeking a motivated Car Sales Executive to join our fast-growing dealership. You'll be responsible for handling leads, engaging customers, arranging test drives, and managing the full sales process from enquiry to handover. This is a target-driven role with excellent earning potential through a £1,000 base salary plus an uncapped commission structure and bonuses on part-exchange savings and warranty up-sells.
Key Responsibilities:
* Handle enquiries, qualify leads, and guide customers through finance/PX options
* Provide walkaround videos, book appointments, and deliver excellent customer service
* Oversee test drives, sales documentation, and smooth vehicle handovers
* Manage adverts, stock presentation, and follow-up with all leads

Duties
* Develop and maintain relationships with potential and existing customers to drive sales.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify customer preferences and recommend suitable vehicles.
* Demonstrate vehicles to customers, highlighting features and benefits that meet their requirements.
* Manage the sales process from initial contact through to final sale, ensuring a seamless experience for the customer.
* Utilise CRM software to track leads, manage customer interactions, and maintain accurate records of sales activities.
* Engage in upselling techniques to maximise sales opportunities and enhance customer satisfaction.
* Collaborate with the sales management team to achieve monthly targets and contribute to overall dealership success.
* Maintain an organised workspace and ensure that all vehicles are presented in an appealing manner for potential buyers.
Skills
* Proven experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable.
* Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with excellent phone etiquette.
* Exceptional organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining attention to detail.
* Familiarity with CRM software is essential for tracking sales activities and customer interactions.
