Role Overview:
We are looking for a results-driven and motivatedRecruitment Consultant to join our dynamic team. In this fast-paced role, you will manage a busy temp desk supplying staff to a wide range of clients. This is a full 360 role requiring a mix of sales, service, and candidate management.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage and grow an existing temp desk or develop new business opportunities
* Source, screen, and interview candidates for a variety of roles
* Build strong relationships with clients through site visits, check-ins, and excellent customer service
* Fill bookings quickly and efficiently, often at short notice
* Write and manage job adverts across multiple platforms
* Ensure compliance with right-to-work checks and other legal/industry standards
* Maintain accurate records using CRM and timesheet systems
Requirements:
1. Previous experience in recruitment or high-volume temporary staffing (essential)
2. Strong understanding of the industrial/logistics/warehouse sector
3. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
4. Ability to manage multiple roles and priorities in a fast-paced environment
5. IT proficient (Microsoft Office, CRM systems, job boards)
