The role will predominantly involve working within our Nursery provision, with occasional support for our Reception children as needed. The successful candidate will have a good understanding of child development, so they are able to support children in meeting their individual next steps and reaching their full potential. They will be able to help create and maintain a purposeful, engaging environment that supports high-quality learning experiences.
