Salary & Hours
8‑15 hours per week, with flexibility to work additional hours. £12.21* per hour plus an average bonus per hour of 89p (*rising to £12.51 on successful completion of probation period).
Role Overview
You will be responsible for the following:
* Asking the right questions to match customers with products.
* Making every customer interaction memorable.
* Offering support services such as delivery, installation, recycling and payment options.
* Contributing towards the overall sales performance of the store.
* Working across different departments and product ranges.
* Supporting operational tasks to run the store.
Qualifications
* Approachable and friendly.
* Keen to learn about the latest technology.
* Comfortable achieving personal sales, service and customer experience targets.
* A strong team player, confident working across all parts of the store.
