My Client based in Norwich are currently looking for an enthusiastic Project Support Officer to provide administrative support primarily to the Project Manager, Benefits & Transformation Manager and to members of the Digital Team as part of the overall delivery of the organisation's Digital Strategy.
This is a very exciting and varied role which will require the post-holder to be proactive, dynamic and tenacious and will provide an excellent insight into project management for the deployment of an enterprise-wide solution and transformational change.
This role is paying £14.90 per hour, Inside IR35. This is a remote contract but you will required to be on site to collect your equipment and meet the team.
Experience required;
Significant administrative experience
Previous experience in a customer service environment
Relevant experience in an office environment
Good knowledge of MS Office applications including Word, Excel and Outlook
Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office Applications
File Management/Version control Effective and accurate minute taking
Excellent interpersonal skill
Strong proven administrative and organisational skills
Able to create correspondence and devise visual presentations requiring excellent use of English
Excellent written and verbal communication skills and ability to communicate at all levels
Ability to work under pressure and deliver high quality and accurate work to tight deadlines
Excellent standard of documentation and record keeping
