Director of Engineering
Location: Cambridge, Onsite
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Director of Engineering to join a high growth technology company developing advanced RF systems for wireless communication. As Director of Engineering, you’ll lead a multidisciplinary engineering team, covering RFIC, RF systems, validation, and software development, while shaping the company’s engineering strategy, processes, and technical capability as they scale.
This is a strategic leadership role for a Director of Engineering who enjoys growing high performing engineering teams, refining development processes, and fostering a collaborative technical culture in a fast paced, early stage business.
The ideal candidate will have:
* Proven engineering leadership experience within RF, electronics, or system level product development
* Strong organisational and people management skills, capable of developing and structuring an expanding team
* A hands on, delivery focused approach, with the ability to set technical direction and drive engineering excellence
* Preference for onsite roles, with flexibility as needed, within a collaborative Cambridge based office environment
