We are now searching for a Senior Finance Manager to join in a pivotal in‑house role and take full ownership of the finance function.

What You'll Be Responsible For
Running end‑to‑end finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, and multi‑country financial reporting.
Managing and optimising Xero (or equivalent cloud accounting platform) across multi‑entity, multi‑currency environments.
Overseeing invoicing for complex and hybrid pricing models used with large B2B clients.
Improving and scaling payment processing and reconciliation workflows to ensure accuracy and strong customer experience.
Producing accurate, timely, investor‑grade financial reporting.
Building, managing, and evolving the company's financial model.
Ensuring statutory compliance across multiple jurisdictions.
Essential Requirements (Must‑Haves)
These are non‑negotiable:
Qualified Accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA / CPA (or international equivalent))
Comfortable Working Fully In‑House

Xero (or Equivalent) Experience (Hands‑on experience managing Xero or another cloud accounting platform across multi‑entity or scaling operations.)
