About the Role (PAT Tester)

As a PAT Tester, you will be based in a busy workshop environment in Coleshill, carrying out PAT testing on a range of small plant and hire equipment.

Your responsibilities as a PAT Tester will include:

Conducting PAT testing on small tools and plant machinery

Ensuring all equipment meets safety and compliance standards

Recording and maintaining accurate testing documentation

Identifying and reporting faulty or unsafe equipment

Working closely with the workshop team to maintain high standards

This PAT Tester role is ideal for someone who enjoys a hands-on, structured environment with consistent working hours.

About You (PAT Tester Skills & Experience)

To be successful in this PAT Tester role, you may have:

Proven experience as a PAT Tester

A recognised PAT testing qualification or certificate

Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety

Experience working with tools or equipment (plant experience beneficial but not essential)

Ability to work effectively within a team environment

To be successful in this role, you may have worked as a:

Electrical Tester, Portable Appliance Tester, Electrical Maintenance Technician, Workshop Technician, Service Technician, Equipment Technician, Electrical Engineer, Test Engineer, Tool Technician, Maintenance Engineer
