Head of Marketing @ Smart IT | Driving Growth with Strategic Marketing
10 month FTC starting November 2025.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for executing our marketing plan across the UK, Europe and North America. You will lead our marketing campaigns, evaluate our marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams. You will have a strong marketing background with excellent communication skills and attention to detail. Working alongside our Marketing & E-Learning Coordinator.
Responsibilities
* Execute the Smart IT Marketing plan and budget
* Work alongside Smart IT’s partners and Product Owner; building the strategy for each relationship and helping to develop new opportunities.
* Website; SEO, website tools such as Google Search Console and Google Analytics. Management and Development.
* Follow Product Marketing Plan set out by the business.
* Customer marketing strategy; working alongside the account management team to follow the plan
* Drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and retention initiatives.
* Analyse market trends, competitors, and customer insights to refine strategies.
* Manage digital marketing, SEO, PPC, social media, and email marketing campaigns.
* Collaborate with sales to align marketing with business objectives; helping to nurture existing opportunities and create sales collateral. Helping assist with sales outreach.
* Track and report on key marketing KPIs, adjusting strategies as needed.
* Manage Smart IT’s presence at trade shows and other marketing events.

Qualifications
* Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent experience
* 3+ years\' experience in marketing
* Ability to multi-task
* Strong verbal, written, and organisational skills
