Join us as a Shift Manager
Be part of a team that prioritizes putting customers first. As a member of the management team, you'll oversee the shop in the absence of the Manager, motivate the team, and ensure they have what they need to excel. We serve customers through various channels: in-shop, delivery, Click + Collect, and drive-thru. Your role is to ensure customers have a brilliant experience, whether they order in-store or online.
During a typical shift, you can expect to:
1. Inspire the team to deliver excellent results and uphold high standards.
2. Lead by example and serve customers in a fast, friendly manner.
3. Prepare popular products, including sandwiches and managing ovens.
4. Ensure displays are well-stocked and appealing.
5. Maintain a clean, tidy, and presentable shop environment.

About you
