Here at GXO, we are currently looking for a Warehouse Planner to join our team in Northampton, supporting our customer, Sainsbury’s. As a Warehouse Planner, you will be responsible for controlling all aspects of warehouse planning, to aid the operation in maximising operational efficiency.
This is a full time, permanent positions, working an any 5 from 7 shift pattern of, 07:00 till 15:00 and 10:00 till 18:00.

What you’ll do on a typical day:
* Liaise with team managers and colleagues to act as a point of contact between them and the planning manager, supporting where possible to escalate more complex queries when necessary
* Responsible for the production, processing, assembly and distribution of various paperwork related to the operation plans in a timely manager
* Manage shift patterns and rotas and support the allocation of core and or agency recourse
* Build and review plans and highlight any risk while ensuring these are resolved in a timely manner
What you need to succeed at GXO:
* Previous experience in a tri temp environment is highly desirable
* Ability to organise, plan and take ownership for your tasks and ask for support when necessary
* Proficiency in Microsoft office is essential and Power Bi would be desirable
* Analyst, present and share data to peers and stakeholders
