The Role:
To lead Resolvers corporate IT function across our UK and overseas hubs. This role is pivotal to not only continuing to enhance our corporate IT systems but also in the design of novel solutions to some of the challenges our Open Source Intelligence (OSINT) analysts face. The ideal candidate will have a breadth of experience supporting complex IT systems across a global user base and a sound understanding of security best practices.
Description of the role:
* Develop, implement, and maintain a comprehensive IT strategy to protect corporate IT systems and services
* Lead the IT teams in Resolvers UK and overseas hubs in executing IT transformation projects
* Provide expert guidance and mentorship to junior IT staff.
* Manage the security and delivery of end user computing/ client support for 700+ staff working remotely and in offices globally
* Support a diverse set of users across Windows, macOS, linux and ChromeOS using Microsoft Entra, Intune and Jamf
* Administration of corporate IT systems including Google Workspace, M365, Slack, corporate password managers and the Atlassians suite of tools
* Ensure that guidance for end users remains up to date on usage of corporate IT systems
* Oversee all onboarding and offboarding activities for UK based staff to ensure users have a consistent experience
* Develop strategies to further enhance technical integration across Resolver and Kroll
* Conduct regular IT and security risk assessments and vulnerability analyses to identify and mitigate security risks.
* Work with our parent company's InfoSec team to develop and enforce Resolver specific policies and processes following industry best practice
* Oversee incident response planning and conduct investigations of security breaches.
* Own, manage and enhance our in-house systems for secure OSINT research
* Manage, maintain and enhance where possible hardware and support systems to enable effective and secure OSINT research
* Assist with the design and implementation of novel IT systems to meet analyst OSINT and collection requirements.

* Support external audits of IT systems
* Proactively engage in supporting the completion of customer pre-sales questionnaires relating to IT and Security
Essential Qualifications and Experience:
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Cybersecurity,(or equivalent) or demonstrable experience in a related field.
* At least 7-10 years of experience in IT, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership or managerial role.
* Extensive knowledge of IT infrastructure, including Google Workspace and cloud environments.
* Proven experience with security frameworks and standards (e.g., ISO
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex security concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make sound decisions in critical circumstances.
* Desirable: and understanding of operational security and OSINT concepts
