Your Role
As our SENDCO, you will be the driving force behind innovative and evidence-based support for children with identified SEND needs. Your responsibilities will include:
* Efficiently managing SEND provision to ensure every child receives the support they need.
* Providing professional guidance to secure high-quality teaching for all students.
* Monitoring progress and evaluating the effectiveness of teaching and learning to drive improvements.
What We’re Looking For
Our ideal candidate will possess:
* Qualified Teacher Status and a commitment to ongoing professional development in SEND.
* Experience working with parents to support children with SEND.
* A proven track record as an excellent classroom teacher.
* A thorough understanding of statutory regulations related to SEND and equality.
* Experience collaborating with external agencies.
