I'm partnering with a leading organisation in Liverpool to recruit a People Partner to join their team on a permanent basis. This is a hybrid role offering an excellent opportunity to influence the people agenda and contribute to a dynamic and supportive environment.
What you'll be doing:
1. Acting as a trusted advisor to leaders, managers, and staff on a wide range of HR matters, including employment law, terms and conditions, pay, recruitment, and policies.
2. Managing complex employee relations cases, investigations, and formal procedures from start to finish.
3. Supporting the Staff Attendance procedure: coordinating Occupational Health referrals, attending sickness meetings, and ensuring timely follow-up.
4. Leading end-to-end recruitment processes - advertising roles, coordinating interviews, completing checks, and issuing contracts.
5. Maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring GDPR compliance.
