Teaching Personnel’s partner school in Crediton is seeking a dedicated 1:1 Outdoor SEN Learning Support Assistant to join their team. Job Details: Start Date: ASAP Contract Type: Full-Time, Temporary to Permanent Hours: 9:00 am – 4:30 pm (Monday to Friday) Pay: £90 - £100 per day (DOE) About the School: Teaching Personnel’s partner school in Crediton offers an alternative, nature-based education for students with Social, Emotional, and Mental Health (SEMH) needs. Through hands-on outdoor learning, students build confidence, resilience, and essential life skills in a supportive, therapeutic environment. The school focuses on emotional well-being, practical learning, and independence to prepare students for future opportunities.
