We’re offering a permanent, part-time position (33.75 hours per week, 0.9 WTE) in our CAMHS community team in Hove. The NHS AfC: Band 8a salary range is £55,690 – £62,682 per annum (pro rata).
This post offers the chance to work with children, young people and families with moderate to severe mental health difficulties, delivering specialist systemic assessment, formulation, intervention and consultation. You’ll also contribute to service development through supervision, consultation, training and CPD. Our model combines face-to-face and remote work, and you’ll be part of a thriving community of systemic practitioners across Sussex.
What we need
* Accredited postgraduate training in Family & Systemic Psychotherapy
* Professional registration with UKCP (or equivalent, as specified)
* Substantial post-qualification experience in specialist psychological therapy
* Experience providing supervision, consultation and training
* Knowledge of systemic practice, clinical governance and service development
* Ability to work within a multidisciplinary context and across complex family systems
