From leading high-stakes workstreams within our DWI Transformation Programme to overseeing a team of Process Leads, your mission is to ensure our technical documentation and frontline compliance are world-class. Main Responsibilities Strategic Project Leadership: Take full accountability for a diverse portfolio, including Site Operating Manuals, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and DMA contingency plans. DWI Transformation: Lead critical workstreams focused on General Site Duties, Treatment Works contingency, and Service Reservoir/Booster site manuals. Innovation & CI Lead: Act as the primary champion for continuous improvement in Water Supply, identifying inefficiencies and designing creative, high-impact solutions. Compliance & Audit: Design and execute a robust internal audit program to ensure frontline adherence to company policies and regulatory standards. Team Mentorship: Lead and develop a team of Process Leads, maintaining rigorous quality control over all technical outputs.
