BANKSMAN REQUIRED - JOIN OUR TEAM
We are currently seeking a reliable and safety-conscious Banksman to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional who takes pride in maintaining high safety standards on site.
Working Hours:
Monday to Friday - 07:00 - 16:30
Includes two 30-minute breaksKey Responsibilities:
Directing vehicle and plant movement safely on site
Confidently managing and instructing drivers
Controlling multiple crossing areas efficiently
Communicating clearly via radio with site teams and operators
Ensuring the safety of pedestrians and workers at all times
Monitoring site traffic and maintaining a secure working environment
Following all health and safety regulationsRequirements:
Valid Banksman/Traffic Marshal certification
Strong awareness of site safety procedures
Ability to confidently manage and direct drivers
Good understanding of radio communication and instructions
Must speak clear and effective English
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Ability to stay alert and focused in a fast-paced environment
