What You’ll Be Doing
* Delivering personalised care in line with individual care plans
* Supervising and mentoring junior care staff to ensure high standards
* Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing, and updating records accordingly
* Communicating with families, healthcare professionals, and team members
* Assisting with daily living activities including hygiene, meals, and medication
* Transporting residents to appointments or social outings when needed
* Participating in ongoing training and development sessions
