About the Role
An excellent opportunity has arisen for a Residential Conveyancing Solicitor to join a well-established and growing law firm based in London. This role is ideal for a Newly Qualified Solicitor up to 5 Years PQE who is looking to further develop their career within a busy and supportive property team.
The successful candidate will manage a varied caseload of residential property matters and provide a high standard of client service within a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion
* Handling sales, purchases, remortgages, transfers of equity, leasehold and freehold transactions
* Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, brokers and third parties
* Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents
* Ensuring all transactions comply with current regulations and internal procedures
* Providing clear and professional legal advice to clients throughout the process
Requirements
* UK Qualified Solicitor
* Previous residential conveyancing experience is essential
* Ability to independently manage a busy caseload
* Strong communication and client care skills
* Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
* Ability to work effectively within a team environment
