Job Description



We are seeking an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Account Manager to join our team in Crewe, United Kingdom. As an Mid-Market Account Manager at our organization, you will play a crucial role in understanding customer needs, analysing data, and fostering strong relationships to drive business growth and customer retention.

* Oversee customer growth, training, and development of best practices to drive business value and return on investment
* Analyse and explore data from various CRM systems to understand the drivers behind customer account closures
* Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts, providing excellent customer service and support
* Conduct regular check-in calls and account reviews to assess and track customer satisfaction levels
* Managing a portfolio of 300 customers.
* Identify and mitigate churn risks through proactive outreach campaigns
* Recognize and capitalize on upsell opportunities when applicable
* Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met efficiently

* Commercial acumen with good track record of similar roles responsibilities with significant commercial results
* Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
* Ability to function in an extremely high volume, forever evolving new business environment while always maintaining a smile and positive disposition
