Responsibilities As a Captain, you will: Ensure the safety of passengers and crew by adhering to company standards and SMS regulations. Navigate large passenger vessels on the River Thames in compliance with PLA by-laws and company protocols. Conduct safety briefings, vessel checks, and onboard training for crew members. Oversee the safe mooring, embarking, and disembarking of passengers. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily vessel logs and safety equipment checks. Promote onboard sales and enhance the customer experience with professionalism and enthusiasm.
