Summit Select are partnering with a leading property management firm in Leeds to recruit a Commercial Property Manager to join their dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced commercial property professional to manage a diverse portfolio, build client relationships, and take ownership of day-to-day property management operations.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a portfolio of commercial properties, including offices, industrial units, and retail premises.
Act as the primary point of contact for landlords, tenants, and contractors.
Prepare and review leases, service charge budgets, and tenancy documentation.
Oversee property inspections, maintenance, and compliance matters.
Liaise with external contractors and service providers to ensure cost-effective property management.
Resolve tenant queries and issues promptly, maintaining high levels of customer service.
Assist in preparing reports and financial accounts for clients.
Contribute to business development initiatives and support new client onboarding.
Candidate Requirements
Proven experience in commercial property management – portfolio management, tenant liaison, and lease administration.
Familiarity with commercial leases, service charges, and landlord/tenant obligations.
Strong organisational, communication, and negotiation skills.
MRICS qualified candidates are desirable but not essential – commercial property experience is the priority.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
