Our Children's Residential Service is looking for compassionate, motivated, and experienced carers who are ready to take the next step in their career. As a Senior Carer, you will play a key role in supporting young people, leading staff on shift, and ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and emotional support are maintained.
A current senior shared “Stepping up to Senior Carer has been one of the most rewarding moves of my career. I’ve gone from simply supporting individuals’ day-to-day to shaping how our whole team delivers care. It’s given me the chance to lead by example, build confidence in others, and make an even bigger difference to the people we support.
