We are looking for an experienced Production Manager toplan, organise, and control production activities to ensure the timely supply of best-value products to global retail and professional customers, while promoting lean manufacturing best practices to improve Safety, Quality, Cost, and Delivery performance.

Production Manager Key Responsibilities
1. Deliver weekly production plans within agreed cost and labour targets, using agency labour where required.
2. Lead departmental objectives and KPIs while promoting a strong safety-first culture.
3. Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing, and operational efficiency across production.
4. Manage and develop a multi-functional production team.
