This is a client-facing consultancy role, not an internal HR position. Youll support a varied portfolio of SME and corporate clients with the administration of workplace pension schemes and group employee benefits, ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely delivery. Youll have experience of and exposure to a wide range of schemes including Group Personal Pensions (GPP), Auto Enrolment, Salary Sacrifice, Life Assurance, Private Medical Insurance (PMI) and other core group risk benefits.
