As our Technical Systems Coordinator, youll be responsible for: Maintaining and improving traceability systems and closing non-conformances Leading RSPO, RFA, Cocoa, and Soya reporting activities Managing document control and ensuring cross-departmental compliance Supporting QA functions and providing cover when needed Overseeing pest control systems and site calibrations Managing complaints and NCR databases, and supporting investigations Reviewing packaging artwork and supporting WMS and recipe control projects Mass balancing exercises, including investigations and close out actions Outer label management Assist with technical inductions for new starters where required Stock ordering for technical functions Essential Skills & Experience Required for our Technical Systems Coordinator: Experience in the food industry, ideally in a technical role Knowledge of BRCGS and retailer accreditation standard Food Safety Level 2 HACCP Level 2 Strong organisational and communication skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in IT systems for data processing and reporting Desirable/advantageous: Experience in a food factory environment Food Safety Level 3 HACCP Level 3 Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm Location: Onsite/in person, Gwynedd LL23 Apply now!
