Key Responsibilities Plan, prepare, and deliver engaging Science lessons to students of varying abilities. Teach across Key Stages 3 and 4, covering the full science curriculum. Assess, monitor, and support student progress with clear and constructive feedback. Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages curiosity and academic excellence. Use a range of innovative teaching strategies to enhance student engagement and understanding. Participate in departmental meetings, CPD sessions, and wider school activities. Requirements A degree in Science, Education, or a related subject. A recognised teaching qualification ( PGCE, QTS, or equivalent). Strong classroom management and communication skills.
