Warehouse Operative & Floor Walker Barnoldswick (Temp to Perm)

Our client is looking for a motivated Operativeto join their team in Barnoldswick. This is a permanent position with the potential for a temp-to-perm arrangement for the right candidate. The role requires reliability, flexibility for holiday/sickness cover, and a valid FLT forklift licence.

Key Details:

* Location: Barnoldswick
* Contract: Permanent, with potential for temp-to-perm conversion
* Pay rate £13.40 (this rate includes an weekly attendance bonus)
* Working Hours:
o Earlies 06:00-14:30 Monday to Thursday and 06:00 to 13:30 Friday
o Lates 12:30-21:00 Monday to Thursday and 12:30 to 20:00 Friday

Responsibilities:

1. The Floor Walker (Warehouse Operative) is part of the operational team, which has responsibility for movement and storage of goods to from and within the site factories and warehouses.
2. This role will require the collecting and delivering parts and products from within the manufacturing facility to ensure goods are ready to transport to other manufacturing units within site and external suppliers.
