About the Role:
You will be joining a friendly, professional, and supportive office environment, where teamwork and high standards are at the heart of everything we do. You’ll work closely with experienced professionals and have the opportunity to grow your skills within a specialist legal team.
Key Responsibilities:
* Support fee earners and legal professionals with a range of casework
* Manage documentation, file administration, and client correspondence
* Ensure timely and accurate completion of legal tasks
* Maintain organised and up-to-date client files
* Liaise with clients, solicitors, and third parties as needed
Ideal Candidate:
We’re seeking candidates with a can-do attitude, a positive mindset, and a strong sense of teamwork. You should be detail-orientated, methodical, and keen to develop your legal expertise in a fast-paced environment.
Experience & Skills:
* Minimum of 12 months’ previous legal experience (essential)
* Highly organised with strong attention to detail
* Excellent time management and communication skills
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
* Proficient in Microsoft Office and case management systems
