If you're passionate about delivering impactful financial insights and fostering growth in a collaborative healthcare environment, we want to hear from you.What You'll Do:Support operational leads in managing contract complexities and client expectations to achieve optimal outcomesProvide expert financial and commercial advice to drive performance and support decision makingPrepare and deliver timely management accounts and financial reports in line with company deadlinesEnsure billing mechanisms are correctly applied and facilitate the timely collection of debtLead the budgeting and forecasting processes, identifying opportunities and managing risks within contractsSupervise and develop site based finance teams, ensuring high engagement and clear communicationSupport process improvements, compliance, and audit activities to enhance financial controls.Develop strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to deliver high quality finance supportWhat You Bring:Qualified accountant (CIMA, ACA, ACCA) with post qualification experienceProven commercial acumen and negotiation skills gained through experience in dealing with complex contractsStrong communicator with the confidence to challenge, influence and support at all levelsDemonstrable experience in continuous improvement and driving financial performance.
