Who we’re looking for
4. Commercial Property Solicitor with around 4+ years’ PQE
5. Strong background in commercial property matters from a reputable firm
6. Confident managing matters independently and advising clients directly
7. Commercially minded, with the ability to provide pragmatic, solution-focused advice
8. Proactive and self-motivated, with strong relationship-building skills
9. Comfortable mentoring junior colleagues and sharing knowledge (Desired)
10. Interested in contributing to business development and wider firm growth (Desired)
What you’ll be doing
11. Managing your own caseload of commercial property matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals Commercial leases Development work
12. Delivering clear, commercially focused advice to clients
13. Building and maintaining long-term client relationships
14. Supporting and mentoring junior members of the team
15. Contributing to business development and networking activity
16. Working collaboratively with colleagues across other practice areas to support cross-referrals
