Kitchen Sales Designer Role
As a Kitchen Sales Designer, you will support our Trade customers by turning their clients' dream kitchens into reality. Meeting end users in their homes, you will listen to their vision, understand their needs, and offer expert advice. You will then plan and design inspirational kitchens that exceed expectations in both design and utility. You will have the confidence to negotiate with Trade customers while promoting the integrity and value of our designs and products.
Skills and Attributes Needed:
* Thrives in fast-paced environments
* Strong prioritisation and organisation skills
* Curious learner
* Full UK Driving license
* Access to your own vehicle
* Previous CAD design experience is preferred but not essential
Even if you haven't worked in this industry or as a Kitchen Sales Designer before, we offer face-to-face and online training via our Howdens Academy, covering kitchen measuring, compliance, inspirational design, technical product knowledge, and sales skills. We're looking for enthusiastic and energetic individuals passionate about delivering excellent customer experiences that lead to sales.
