Must have’s
* Experience in a customer-facing role (e.g. retail, hospitality, sales, property)
* Confident communication skills both face to face and over the phone
* Competent IT skills and experience using systems to manage information
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* A proactive, hands-on approach and ability to work independently
* Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
Nice to have’s
* Experience using HubSpot or a similar CRM system

* Welcoming customers and managing enquiries in person, by phone and via email
* Supporting customers throughout their journey from initial enquiry to move-in
* Managing bookings and promoting relevant products and services
* Maintaining accurate records within the CRM system
* Supporting daily site operations to ensure a welcoming environment
* Conducting site checks and reporting maintenance or security issues
* Collaborating with a friendly and supportive team
* Weekend working is required as part of the core shift pattern
* Flexible working options available across part-time and full-time arrangements
