Yeo Valley Production Ltd
Posted: 26 February
Offer description

We want to be a fantastic, visionary and purposeful food and farming business powered by people who feel inspired by our purpose and valued as true co-owners.

We want to create a workplace where every co-owner (and visitor) feels safe, well and able to thrive. As such, we are creating this new role to help lead our work in creating the conditions to thrive. This may include, but not be limited to, ensuring everyone has access to great food & nutrition, a brilliant active health programme, fantastic breakout spaces and access to life skills beyond our core L&D curriculum (eg support with financial planning, English language skills, support to stop smoking/drinking etc). This work is an important part of ensuring that everyone at Yeo Valley feels that they belong here and that our purpose is felt in everything we do - truly nurturing and nourishing our co-owners.

A key member of the People Team, this role holder will be passionate about people, and about creating the conditions for everybody to thrive. You will be clear sighted, articulate and influential - mapping out priorities based on the needs of different audiences throughout our business, and securing the buy in of a variety of stakeholders.

You will be passionate about nutrition, active health and a holistic definition of wellbeing, and ideally will have experience of creating programmes and delivering projects that have demonstrable beneficial human outcomes. You will be creative and tenacious, with a clear vision for how to ensure people feel able to belong and flourish.

You will be part of the People Team, reporting to the People & Culture Director.

Interviews are planned to be held Wednesday 18th March
