Job Title: Salesperson - Print Services
One of the most successful, highly regarded, and innovative print and communications providers in the country is seeking a passionate salesperson to join their existing team. The role involves selling their highly regarded range of print services, playing a pivotal role in developing future growth, and providing vision, direction, and leadership.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate a dedication to providing the highest level of customer service to expand the company's existing client base. Leadership experience is also essential.
Preferably, candidates will have a proven background within the large format sector, although applications from those with high, well-demonstrated, and transferable sales and people management skills will be considered.
Main Duties and Responsibilities
1. Deliver sales objectives; project expected sales revenues for new and existing products.
2. Identify and meet sales opportunities; strategically sell all client offerings into prospective clients.
3. Manage key external and internal relationships to drive growth, develop sector position, and facilitate engagement.
4. Assist in setting sales budgets for the year/quarter/month with the Sales Director.
5. Provide guidance and oversee activities of the sales team.
6. Continuously evaluate sales team progress; provide coaching, training, and development to maximize performance and growth.
7. Motivate and incentivize the team to achieve targets and optimal working styles.
