Architectural Technologist Job in Nottingham joining a top-ranked AJ100 practice and working with blue-chip clients from concept to completion fit-out projects, all while paving your way to the senior leadership team. The client has expressed their flexibility with this role so I would encourage associates and mid-level to associate architectural technologists to apply who also have the correct experience. For this role, they are offering up to £50,000.
This company has an extensive history of delivering large-scale projects across both public and private clients, across the UK. Due to a very strong pipeline over the next few years, they now seek this position to assist with the growth of their retail/ team. This will be the first hire over the following months as they are looking to build this team to support their pipeline.
Role & Responsibilities
1. You would be working very closely with the clients, regularly visiting the site and presenting to them
2. Communicate effectively with clients, consultants, and contractors
3. Managing projects from concept to completion
4. Assisting with AutoCAD/ Revit drawings occasionally
5. Current projects may require you to occasionally travel to the site.
Required Skills & Experience
6. 5-10 years experience
7. MCIAT is desirable but not essential
8. Proficiency in AutoCAD is essential Revit experience is desirable
9. Experience working in retail projects is preferred
10. You will have previous experience managing fit-out projects end-to-end
11. Previous experience working within a team
12. Highly skilled in communicating with clients, managing expectations, and working with clients and stakeholders
13. A good understanding of the UK buildings regulations and legislation, fire strategies etc.
