The Role Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom activities Work one-to-one or with small groups to support learning and development Create a safe, inclusive, and encouraging classroom environment Assist pupils with additional needs, adapting support to individual learning styles Promote positive behaviour, engagement, and wellbeing Collaborate with teachers and school staff to support pupil progress What We’re Looking For Experience working with children or young people (across age groups is desirable) A patient, nurturing, and adaptable approach Confidence supporting pupils with a range of needs Strong communication skills and a team-focused mindset Enhanced DBS registered on the Update Service (or willingness to apply) Why Join Supply Desk?
