Application Requirements:
You must already be a band 6.
Have a passion for skin integrity with a proved history of making a difference to skin care within your clinical roles.
The role is based at the Royal London Hospital.
As with the rest of the Tissue Viability team members, the role will be expected to support the other hospitals Tissue Viability team on occasions.
Main duties of the job
The post holder will provide specialist, holistic patient centered care and harm reducing clinical and management solutions to achieve pressure ulcer avoidance, optimal wound healing and preservation of tissue health.
The post holder will provide specialist advice support our clinical teams to deliver safe and compassionate care, reduce harm and improve patient experience.
The post holder will support the provision of education to our clinical teams to deliver safe and compassionate care, reduce harm and improve patient experience.
The post holder will support pressure ulcer reduction campaigns.
