Compass Associates is currently working with a large and established provider of Children's Residential Care in the UK. The organization works with local authorities to support the most vulnerable children, offering a unique end-to-end care solution focused on helping children heal from past traumas and create opportunities for the future. They aim to create bespoke and therapeutic approaches tailored to each child's needs.
We are seeking a Children's Home Manager or a strong Deputy ready to take on the day-to-day management and Ofsted registration for a Children's Residential Home in Nottingham. The home will focus on providing assessment and healing for four children with complex trauma and associated emotional and behavioral difficulties. The home will offer personalized, trauma-informed support with a therapeutic approach.

2. Formal interview with the Assistant Director
3. Final interview with the Director of Residential
Criteria:
* Management experience within Children's Residential Services
* Extensive knowledge of Ofsted Regulations and confident in leading Ofsted inspections
* Relevant NVQ Level 5 in Leadership and Management
* Clear DBS
* Own transport and a clean driver's license
