Depot Intake Supervisor – Bradford Depot
British Wool represents 30,000 members across the UK, collecting, grading and marketing wool on their behalf. We are committed to supporting farmers and ensuring their wool reaches markets effectively and efficiently.
We are now looking for an Depot Intake Supervisor to join our Operations team at the Bradford depot. This is a permanent, variable hours position offering a varied and rewarding role within a supportive team.
Monday to Thursday 8:00am - 4:30pm and Friday 8:00am - 3:30pm
The Role

At British Wool, we’re looking for someone to support our regional operations from our Bradford depot.
This is a primarily office-based role with some hands‑on depot activity and occasional local visits – giving you variety without constant travel.

You’ll play a key part in ensuring the service runs smoothly in your area—supporting both customers and operations from your local depot.

What you’ll be doing
* Supporting members and handling queries (phone, email, in person)
* Coordinating with local collection centres and transport providers
* Supporting the day‑to‑day running of the depot
* Helping maintain a safe and organised working environment
* Occasionally visiting local collection sites (around 25 sites, typically twice per year)

* Knowledge of health & safety
