About The Role
As our Senior Commercial Property Manager, you'll be a key player in our Property & Construction team, managing our diverse studio portfolio across the UK and Germany. You'll handle lease negotiations, compliance, and operational support, working closely with our Property & Construction Director. This part-time position is based in Bristol, working three days a week.
Responsibilities include:
1. Lead lease management across our UK & Germany portfolio—renewals, rent reviews, break clauses, negotiations.
2. Manage landlord relationships, fostering collaborative partnerships.
3. Support construction operations—administration, procurement, process improvements, and supplier performance tracking.
4. Act as the lease expert—guiding internal teams on obligations, costs, and critical dates.
5. Drive continuous improvement—streamlining workflows, managing documentation, and increasing efficiency.
What we're looking for:
You're a skilled communicator, negotiator, and strategic thinker with attention to detail. You thrive in a dynamic environment, balancing multiple priorities with ease.
Must haves:
* 5+ years of lease/property management experience (tenant-side)
* Strong knowledge of UK property law
* Commercial acumen, analytical mindset, cost-consciousness
* Exceptional organizational and project management skills
* Fluency in lease terms, financials, and landlord relations
* Self-starter with a collaborative attitude
Bonus points:
* Experience with German lease law or properties in Germany
* RICS membership or similar qualification
* Passion for music, creative spaces, or startups

Salary: £30,000 (FTE £50,000) for part-time role. Benefits include:
